Before you begin

How long does it take?: Writing and reviewing your script takes a few minutes. Once you have approved it and completed your order, the recording is produced and appears in your library shortly afterwards, and we will email you when it is ready.
Do I need an account to start?: No. You can begin writing your affirmations without an account. Your answers stay on your device until you choose to save them, and you create an account when you want your recording kept in your library.
How much does a personalised affirmation recording cost?: It is a one-off payment for a single recording, with the exact price shown clearly before you pay. There is no subscription and nothing recurring.
Is this a substitute for medical or psychological care?: No. Personalised recordings are made for reflection and relaxation. They are not treatment and are not a substitute for medical or psychological care.
How is this different from a standard affirmation generator?: Rather than simply generating a list of affirmations, Simply Hypnotic takes you through a guided process, lets you review the wording, and creates a finished personalised audio recording for you to keep.
