Everything appears in your library. If you bought as a guest, your library is prepared for the email address you used, and you can set a password later to open it.
Yes. Anything you buy stays in your library for as long as the service runs, and your downloaded copies are yours regardless.
Not under a standard purchase. Purchases include a personal listening licence only. If you would like to use a recording commercially, write to us and we will discuss a separate licence.
Recordings tuned around particular pitches or tones that many people find settling. We present them as music to rest with, and we do not make medical claims about them.
Write to us with the email address you used at checkout and we will restore access. It is almost always a quick fix.
Download links are short-lived for security, but they are never your only copy. Open your library and a fresh link is generated straight away.
You will answer a few thoughtful questions, review the words we suggest, choose music and a voice, and we will produce the recording for you. It will then live permanently in your library alongside everything else. This feature is not available yet.
