Purchasing this licence grants permission to use the recording only within the scope described above. It does not transfer copyright or ownership, and it does not grant rights to any other Simply Hypnotic recording. A licence bought for one recording does not automatically apply to another; if you would like rights to a further recording, please buy the appropriate licence for it as well. Collections and future licence bundles may cover more than one recording where this is explicitly stated. The licence is non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide and does not expire. A non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play one Simply Hypnotic recording within your own professional practice. It includes all Personal Use rights, and additionally allows the recording to be played repeatedly as background or accompanying music in appropriate professional settings. One licence covers one individual practitioner, or one business operating from one physical location. Additional locations require an additional licence for each. This licence applies to the single recording purchased, unless the product you bought explicitly states otherwise, and is granted to the individual or business named as the purchaser at checkout. Copyright and ownership of the recording remain with Simply Hypnotic at all times.

Professional Use describes permission to play the music in appropriate professional settings. It does not permit the recording to be incorporated into published or distributed content. Simply Hypnotic music is intended to accompany your practice; it is not a medical or therapeutic treatment, and nothing in this licence should be presented as such. Purchasing this licence grants permission to use the recording only within the scope described above. It does not transfer copyright or ownership, and it does not grant rights to any other Simply Hypnotic recording. A licence bought for one recording does not automatically apply to another; if you would like rights to a further recording, please buy the appropriate licence for it as well. Royalty-free use in your own original content.

A non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free licence to include one Simply Hypnotic recording within your own original digital content. It includes all Personal Use rights. There is no fixed limit on the number of your own projects the recording may appear in. Royalty-free means you owe Simply Hypnotic no ongoing royalty for the uses this licence permits; it does not mean the recording is copyright-free. Simply Hypnotic continues to own the copyright. This licence applies to the single recording purchased, unless the product you bought explicitly states otherwise, and is granted to the individual or business named as the purchaser at checkout.

This licence is for the named purchaser's own original content. It does not automatically cover content made for third-party clients, and it may not be transferred between creators, businesses, customers, clients or organisations. You may not give, sell, transfer or otherwise provide the underlying Simply Hypnotic audio file to another person or organisation. The recording must be incorporated into genuinely original content containing meaningful additional creative material. A static image over the recording, a simple visualiser, a basic looping animation, a brief spoken introduction followed by substantially the original recording, a token voiceover, a change of title, or minor editing, cropping, looping or pitch changes are not sufficient on their own. The finished content must not act primarily as a substitute for listening to or buying the original Simply Hypnotic recording. Television, radio, cinema, film, paid advertising campaigns, games, standalone apps, mass-market products and large corporate productions require a separate licence from us. Purchasing this licence grants permission to use the recording only within the scope described above. It does not transfer copyright or ownership, and it does not grant rights to any other Simply Hypnotic recording. For example, a Creator Licence bought for one recording gives Creator rights to that recording only; rights to a further recording require the appropriate licence for it as well.
